Guests commonly pay to attend a send off, and that money is part of how the wedding itself is funded. Yes. Photographs are part of the listing, and for this work they usually decide whether anybody messages at all.
Can a relative abroad reach me?
That is what the message button is for. Anyone with WhatsApp can start a chat without calling a Tanzanian number or paying roaming.
Do I have to keep it updated?
No. It stays as you left it. You would only come back to add newer work.
