A green button on the page opens a WhatsApp chat with you. The customer is using the app they use every day and so are you. Nobody has to install anything.

Being recommended only helps if you can be found
Somebody vouches for you in a group chat and spells your name wrong. If there is a page with your name and your area on it, that recommendation lands. If there is nothing, it evaporates by the afternoon.
